With over 16+ years of diverse experience in the Talent Acquisition domain, Devina has been an integral part of Vbeyond for over 15 years, witnessing and contributing to its growth—brick by brick—from a small startup to a well-recognized Executive Search Firm.

With MBA in HR & Marketing from Apeejay Institute of Management Gurgaon, Devina began her journey with lateral to leadership hiring in the Non-Technology and Sales/Business Development space. Over time, she transitioned into Technology Hiring, taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment across various business lines. Gradually, she expanded her role to include Account Management, Client Mining, and New Business Development, adding strategic value beyond hiring.
