RPO - Scope of Services

Discovery
The objective of this phase is to understand your needs better and map a process or a model that helps you hire " on time, every time for either one hire or more at a time."
 
 
Engage
The objective of this phase is to engage with the client and the candidates to attract and hire the most apt resources for our client. We work in multiple ways to accomplish the objective in a cost effective and timely manner. We could utilize our proprietary databases of prospects, or a relevant combination oftelephonicresearch, data mining and many other techniques to source candidates. These are then carefully evaluated in a multi-step process that includes telephonic  interviews, background screening, assessments of skills and fit with the corporate culture. Deliver
This phase is the culmination of the search process. Suitable candidates are interviewed in depth, evaluating not just technical skills but leadership capabilities, personal demeanor and other contributors to effective performance. References and other background information are thoroughly checked. At times, we also assist our clients in creating and executing detailed, customized on-boarding. This can include everything from further reference check, routine procedural paperwork, ID cards, e-mail and other systems, to familiarization with the corporate culture, and induction training .

Discovery

In this phase we work with your Recruitment managers to understand the need better in terms of the number of fresh hires to be done(function wise, location wise etc), profile of the hires, finalization on the campuses to be visited, interview process to be followed and the scope of work pertaining to post-offer period including company brand saliency, profile matching and on-boarding process. Typical activities done during this phase includes calendar preparation (round the year ones also comes into play), scope finalization, content preparation and finalization (corporate presentation, interview templates and guidelines, screening test and any on boarding material)

 
 Engage
In this stage of Campus Connect, our consultants would typically be traveling to various campuses in line with the plan and schedules drawn up earlier. We work with the educational institutions/ campuses for delivery of pre-placement talks, corporate  information and recruitment plan sharing and conclude with the campus interview process. Our Campus Consultants also keep the relationship live will all the selected candidates and continue to work with them in the post selection  period till the time the candidate has officially joined the company.
 
Deliver
As indicated above work on ensuring that the selected candidates do join the firm they have been selected for. During this phase we work with the short listed/selected candidates on company brand saliency, knowledge dissemination thru sharing study material, project works etc and initiation of any on-boarding activity which could be accomplished while being in campus
