| In this phase we work with your Recruitment managers to understand the need better in terms of the number of fresh hires to be done(function wise, location wise etc), profile of the hires, finalization on the campuses to be visited, interview process to be followed and the scope of work pertaining to post-offer period including company brand saliency, profile matching and on-boarding process. Typical activities done during this phase includes calendar preparation ( round the year ones also comes into play), scope finalization, content preparation and finalization( corporate presentation, interview templates and guidelines, screening test and any on boarding material). |

| Engage |
| In this of Campus Connect, our consultants would typically be traveling to different campuses in line with the plan and calendar drawn up earlier. We work with the education institutions/ campuses for delivery of pre-placement talks, company information and recruitment plan sharing and conclude with the campus interview process. Our Campus Consultants also keep the relationship live will all the selected candidates and continue to work with them in the post selection period till the time the candidate has officially joined the company. |
